Juan Martin Del Potro, Serena Williams Drops Out from U.S. Open Final

It's really a pretty time for tennis fans in Paris, as they are preparing for the U.S. Open, which begins on August 30. But, we would be missing two greatest things in the U.S. Open.

Serena Williams, probably the best player in the WTA right now, also missed the grand slam is reportedly going to miss the final U.S. Open this year. This is for first time that Serena drops out from U.S. Open. She was three time champion so far. She is still recovering from foot surgery. Her sister, Venus, will be among the tennis betting favorites along with Kim Clijsters and Justin Henin.

Juan Martin Del Potro, will miss the tournament because he is still recovering from wrist surgery. He will be just the third U.S. Open champion not to defend his title. Federer and Nadal are both sitting at +250 while Murray is at +300. Murray is a step ahead of both Federer and Nadal.
