According to Pakistan Committee Senators, the cricket chief was insulting the parliament and its members, demanding his disposing.
The 17 years old, butt has come under pressure from both houses of parliament since he appointed in October 2008.
Senator, Tahir Mashidi said, the committee found Butt insulting the parliament members.
"Butt in a statement reported in the media had called the committee powerless and boasted that he could do anything he wants as he was appointed by President Zardari, who is also the patron of the PCB," Mashidi added.
The committee has recommended removing Butt immediately, said Mashidi. Last week, the head of National Assembly, Iqbal Mohammad Ali wrote a letter to Zardari to remove Butt
Zardari got repeated calls from lawmakers and former players to remove Butt, but no action till now. Pakistan captain, Zaheer Abbas has also complaint on butt to remove.
