Paul Menard signs with Richard Childress racing for the sprint cup race which is going to be held in 2011.
This deal was announced on Monday by the RCR owner, Richard Childress. Richard Childress announced to media that, Paul Menard is a very good driver and it’s an opportunity for Menard to participate and become a successful person for 2011 Richard Childress racing. Menard is the 3rd largest home improvement company in the country.
Apart from Paul, the drivers such as Jeff Burton, Clint Bowyer and Kevin Harvick are also participating in ‘The Richard Childress’ racing. Richard also added that, Paul Menard is the right person to join as a driver in our team and the remaining team drivers are looking forward to work with Menard.
Paul Menard, 29, started his career in the year 2003. He has 2 top-5 finishes and 5 top-10 finishes in 133. He stood in the second position in the Talladega Super speed way in the year 2008. In the Menard career, he has 1 win and 1 win2 poles which include 51-top10s and 17-top5s and he also won the NASCAR nationwide series in the year 2006.
