Dallas Cowboys prevailed over the Cincinnati Bengals 16-7 in the Hall of Fame NFL game Sunday night in Canton, Ohio.
The game was the first uniformed wing Bengals, Terrell Owens and his first against Dallas after separation with cowboy ways in early 2009 after three seasons. Carson Palmer Owens caught only two completions in five times for 18 yards in his debut.
“We are in that work progress, said Owens. We are getting there. It felt just like Practice.”
The first touchdown of the game took place only in the fourth quarter and the first offensive touchdown came on the last minute.
Jordan Palmer, Carson’s younger brother began a bad interception that Brandon Sharpe needed to return to just six yards for a touchdown to make it 16-0 to the Cowboys from last quarter. There were 16 penalties overall, 12 by Cincinnati for 90 yards. "The best thing about it," Cowboys coach Wade Phillips said, "is you see what you did and what you need to improve on."
