The former cricket player, Greg Chappell was appointed as a full time selector for Australian cricket team on Monday. Greg Chappell was appointed as a National talented manager by the cricket selection committee.
Greg Chappell played 87 test matches and 74 ODIs. Currently, he was working as a head coach for Centre of Excellence in Brisbane and now, he will leave the job and join as a full time National talented manager for Australian cricket team.
Greg Chappell stated that, he is very excited for appointing him as a manager and he feels that it’s a great challenge to him. Chappell also added that, this will be an exciting time for Australian cricket.
Chappell is expected to join his new job in the next month as soon as the COE program for the state cricket associations ends up.
